Nos comprometemos a que tu satisfacción con esa pieza especial de Ozico sea completa. Por eso, siempre puedes devolvernosla o cambiarla por otra que mas se adecue a ti en un plazo de 30 días.
Si se trata de un error nuestro o defectos de fabricación, Ozico se hará cargo de los costes y envíos derivados del error. Si se tratara de errores de talla o instatisfacción no justificada, el cliente deberá abonar los costes de devolución y del nuevo envío, si hubiera. Pero siempre reembolsaremos el 100% del coste de la pieza.

We look forward a complet satisfaction between the client and his Ozico.
Therefore, you can always return it to us or exchange it for another that best suits you in the next 30 days before you receive it. If it is our mistake on sizing, design or manufacturing defects, Ozico will be responsible for the costs and shipments derived from the error. In the case of size errors or unjustified dissatisfaction, the customer must pay the return costs and the new shipment, if any. But we will always refund 100% of the cost of the jewel.
